How and when do I pay?
All plans are billed monthly and payment is due upfront to activate your account. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for approved clients.
Can I change or upgrade my subscription?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your project volume. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
Can I carry over unused credits to the next month?
Credits do not roll over. We recommend submitting all requests before your billing cycle ends to maximize your plan.
What happens if I’ve used all my design credits for the month?
If you’re on a capped plan and reach your limit, you can upgrade to the next tier or wait until your credits refresh with your next billing cycle.
When and where do I receive invoices from Design Hiro?
Invoices are automatically emailed each billing cycle and are also accessible inside your client portal.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Nope! All plans are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel or pause anytime with no penalty.
What do Unlimited Projects mean?
If you’re on the Creative Pro+ plan, you can submit as many design requests as you like — we’ll work through them based on your queue and priority.
Are there any other fees outside of the subscription cost?
No hidden fees. The only additional costs are for rush upgrades (if you’re not on Pro+) or any custom project quoted separately through KLMG.
What if I need something not listed in the services?
Submit a “Custom Graphics” request or contact us directly. If it’s not covered in your plan, we’ll scope and quote it as a custom project through our core KLMG agency team.
What kind of designs does Design Hiro offer?

What designs are not included?
We don’t offer complex video editing, custom-coded web development, or copywriting services through Design Hiro. But we’ll point you in the right direction if you need them.
What’s included with my subscription?
Each plan includes a set number of active requests, revisions, and credits that can be used across any eligible service. You also get access to your client portal, a project manager, and support that scales with you.
